In 1979, Martin Kantrovitz founded the Law Offices of Martin Kantrovitz after having worked as a partner in the firm established by his father, Gabriel Kantrovitz, for nearly thirteen years. Since founding the Law Offices of Martin Kantrovitz, the firm has represented individuals who have been injured in accidents of all kinds, including work-related, Massachusetts Workers Compensation, motor vehicle and those caused by defective or faulty products.
Martin Kantrovitz, founder of the firm, was the attorney who won the landmark case in the Supreme Judicial Court which held that landlords are responsible for damages children suffer from lead paint poisoning.
